1. Information We Collect

• Apple Sign in identifier and email relay address you choose to share.
• Reference photos you upload for AI generation.
• Subscription receipts and entitlement status.
• Basic device/network signals (IP, user agent, request timestamps) for abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your account and persist your generation history.
• Run AI image generation on your behalf.
• Validate App Store subscriptions and enforce monthly quotas.
• Detect and mitigate abuse.

3. Storage

Reference images and generated outputs are stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2. Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device only. Account metadata is stored in Cloudflare D1 at edge regions.

4. Retention

If you delete your account from inside the app, we permanently erase all associated data within 30 days. Otherwise, generated images are retained for 12 months past the end of your active subscription period.

5. Third Parties

To produce AI images we transmit your reference photos to upstream model providers (e.g. OpenAI / Google). We do not sell your data and we do not permit upstream providers to use your images for model training where their published policy allows opting out. Apple receives subscription information solely as a side effect of App Store purchases.

6. Your Rights

• Access, export, or delete your data — open Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us.
• Withdraw consent at any time by ceasing use and deleting your account.
• Children: this service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
