1. Service

AI Apparel provides an AI-assisted apparel image generation service. By using the app you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions

• The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions billed monthly through Apple In-App Purchase.
• Your account is charged at the start of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You may cancel any time via the iOS Settings app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's policy; we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to images you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely for the purpose of producing your generations and operating the service. We will not use your content for model training or share it with unrelated third parties.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to upload or generate content that:

• depicts minors in any sexualised or unsafe context;
• infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or any other intellectual-property right;
• is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violates Apple's App Store guidelines;
• portrays a real person without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI generations may contain artefacts, errors, or copyrighted likenesses; you are responsible for verifying suitability before any commercial use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's place of business.
